The staff were amazing, the hotel was a hidden gem, very modern design, rooms clean and decorations very beautifully done. We stayed in a family suite room 1401 and will highly recommend for a family stay with children. Had own balcony and jacuzzi ensuite. We had some difficulties with the WiFi in our room, but staff brought in a new router and very quickly sorted this out. Very impressive!!! The only thing missing in the kitchen is pots and pans. It would be nice to have this for families who would like to make a quick meal. Thank you for making our stay homely, we will be visiting again.

We did have an issue with the breakfast and the staff did their best to sort this issue. They provided us with some extra items especially for the children
